Phuthaditjhaba

Phuthaditjhaba is a town that lies in a glen where the Elands River forces its way through the sandstone foothills of the Maluti Mountains after flowing from the summit of Mont-aux-Sources .

Oh, and a couple of fun facts: Phuthaditjhaba got its name from tales of ancient tribes – true story. And back in the day, the local dialect was so vibrant; some words still ring like echoes off the old city walls. Now it's all modern, though those old sounds are still there if you really listen.
