Ever been to the scenic Seneca River? Man, it’s like nature’s own big stage. I used to sit on the banks of the river near the Willow Park – a chill-out zone where I could catch the comforting whisper of water when my sessions got heavy. True story: once, after a particularly rough day counselling, I sat there for hours just soaking it all in, letting the river wash my worries away. As our fave flick says, “Sometimes the heart needs to be hardened to feel alive.”
