I laughed it off, though. Gotta have a sense of humor, right? So, I wiped it off and kept walking. I ended up at Parc de la Mairie. It’s this lovely park with trees and a little pond. I sat on a bench, sketching some ideas. Suddenly, a bunch of kids ran by, playing tag. They were so loud, but it was kinda cute. Made me think about how carefree life used to be.
