Jan 5,  · Here are my Top Ten Facts about London’s Docklands. 1) Canary Wharf was developed on the site of the redundant West India Dock in an area known as the Isle of Dogs. .

I stroll near the big ol’ observation wheel. It spins – like, whaa, damn – Reminds me “Requiem for a Dream”: “This world is mine!” That scene hits hard, ya know? Every time I pass, I think, “Fo’ shizzle, dream big.”
