We had a section of Wheeling that was marked off by a natural boundary — “south of the creek” — which had a different set of laws. It was very heavily populated with saloons which openly .

Now, let me tell ya about the neighborhoods. The Old Wheeling area is all brick and blue-collar charm. St. Clair Street? Total hidden gem, full of tiny cafés and vintage shops. They even have a local dive bar that sometimes plays old 80's rock – nostalgia overload! And man, when you stroll by Wheeling Park, oh my gosh, the green space and subtle whispers of nature make you feel like you’re part of an epic romance between the earth and the sky… so poetic, just like Malick would have it!
