Around 9 a.m., officers from the West Central Drug Task Force, Eau Claire Police Department, and Eau Claire County Sheriff's Office raided a known drug house in the block.

The downtown area is vibrant! Check out Spaulding St with its little cafes, indie shops, and hidden gems. There's also a quirky neighborhood called Phoenix Park; not the theme park, but a little peaceful corner where I often go think about stuff—my inner counselor vibes blazin' in full force. Sometimes on a slow afternoon, I'll take a stroll down Acorn Lane (yep, that's a real street!) to clear my head. It's kinda magical – like, you can feel the heartbeat of the town beneath your feet.
