Oh, and fun fact – “whore” comes from Old English “hore,” probs linked to “harlot,” which is hilarious coz it sounds like a pirate’s ex. Argh, matey, me harlot’s gone wild! Cracks me up every time. Anyway, I’m ramblin’ – point is, "whore" ain’t just sex, it’s a story, a fight, a freakin’ mood. “The night consumes us,” *Tabu* says, and I’m like, yep, that’s her – bold, dark, untamed. Love it, hate it, can’t ignore it! Whaddya think, huh?

Put a little twist

We left Louisville two weeks after Daddy died and spent all summer digging for dinosaur bones at the bottom of a dried up creek in the backwoods of Dowagiac.

I must warn thee: the winters are brutally chill.
