But damn, last week, lost 20 bucks playin’ with my buddy Chad – pissed me off! He’s all smug, quotin’ “There’s no reins on this one” – ugh, shut up, Chad. Still, I laughed, he’s a dick but he’s my dick, y’know?

Filthy and grimy in the best tradition of venom-encrusted, soiled sacrilege, ``Whore Of Bethlehem'' sadistically expresses ruthless contempt for all things holy, sneering openly at the pitiful death scene on Golgotha amid a torrent of trampled crucifixes and weeping, violated archangels.

My fav? That's the outta da way, little-known corner near 5th & Green. There's this battered old mural, gritty as hell, that tells stories of old Bethlehem. Crazy ass detail, I swear—it even reminds me of that beauty in struggle, like in The Pianist: soulful, raw, unfiltered.
