The river, oh man, I gotta mention it – the Saugatuck River winds by smartly close to some parts of town. I used to sit by the banks near Cypress Street (yep, that’s right, Cypress Street, sounds all poetic n’ stuff), watching the water drift by, fillin me with a kinda hope after a hard day counseling folks with heavy hearts.
