Hi everyone, how safe is Visitacion Valley to live? Did some digging and found that it is surrounded by Bayview, Sunnydale which are not considered safe. I have a car if that helps .

So first off, there's Visitacion Ave – the main drag. It’s all quirky little shops and mom-and-pop joints that make your head spin, but in a good way. Then there’s Brazil Ave – not to be confused with any real Brazil, obviously. It’s got these neat alleyways and secret nooks that I use for my "zen moments" when I'm feelin' the world is turnin’ too damn fast. I’ve often wandered there, thinkin’ “What the hell is this, a Zodiac clue, or what?!”
