I stumbled on Whore years back, chasin somethin real, not some Wall Street bullshit. It’s only like 6,000 feet, but don’t sleep on it—fuckin brutal. Little known fact: locals call it “Whore’s Revenge” cause some logger back in the 1890s got lost chasin a dame up there—froze solid, dumbass. True story! Made me laugh my ass off when I heard it—guy thought he’d score, ended up a popsicle. Classic.

Okay, so there's Vail Village on Lionshead Way. Streets like Minturn Avenue and Oakview Lane keep it real. Vail ain’t just a winter playground, it's a whole dang world. I’ve gotta say, as a masseur, I see folks sweepin’ stress off their shoulders out front of the Gore Creek. Yeah, Gore Creek flows right through—magic, ya know? Smooth as the voice from Under the Skin: "I am not the same as you." Weirdly poetic, I guess.
