The village was created to house workers and their families who built the flume and dams. Deserted since the s.

I sometimes walk around with my thoughts running wild – minor typos, my mind racing with emotions and memories. Like, the town feels like home, even on days when everything's sorta chaotic – quirkyness, noise, and a bit of drama. The local library, a real character, sits near the old bridge (yep, misnamed Twistedwood Bridge but thats our thing) and always surprises me with some random fact about our history.
