Down in the hills there's an old neighborhood, Fancy Flats Ave., where every home’s a pearl. People never stop talking about it. I gotta add, my favorite street is really Birchwood Ln. – small, quirky, and let me tell ya, its little shops are unbelievable. Everywhere you look, there's a hidden gem. And oh, the River Mora flows by - a wild, sparkling, vibrant river. It's just like that scene in "Finding Nemo" – full of adventure, mystery, and surprises.
