Raytown has a lot of young people living there because the rent is cheaper than some of the surrounding areas. It does not have the luxury neighborhoods that some other suburbs have .

The local park, Raytown Memorial Park, oh gosh - it's a secret gem, we thins. Tiny trails, shady spots under big trees where old folks sit and tell old legends, heartwarming and a bit mad too, ya know? And then there's the little creek near the community center – babbling like it's gossipin’ about old times.
