Listen, I gotta say… my heart flips when I pass the old factory converted into artsy studios near Grand Avenue. Yeah, the ones that smell of history and hope – kinda like a scene from my fav movie, “Inglourious Basterds!” (“You’re damn right!” I shout sometimes.)
