Sometimes, walking with clients, I find that quiet, reflective spot where you can really relax—take a breath, let emotions flow. Ugh, every time I see how stresses pile up in our daily lives, I become so fustrated – but this place, it heals ya. I remember when I was counslling a young woman particulary distraught, we sat there, and she just opened up. It was raw, but it reminded me – kindness is everywhere!
