Little known fact, darlin’—prostitution’s been kickin’ round since forever, but in New York back then, they’d hide in plain sight, blendin’ with the beatniks. Ain’t that a hoot?

Oh, and there's a hidden gem: an old back alley near Copper Street that smells like history. Gosh, its stories of old miners and lost dreams make me mad happy – every brick’s a storyteller, we swears! I used to get all emotional goin’ down there, thinking of the sweat and tears that built this city. It gets me in my feels sometimes, like a scene straight outta that movie.
