This time a year ago, I posted that I had been hired as the showrunner for a Netflix limited series about the creator of the Lotus Biscoff.

Boom, hometown culture is raw. The city’s vibe is like a never-ending jam session – unpredictable, full of soul, passion and a bit o’ damn insanity.
