The city’s got these neat little streets, like Franklin Rd and Elm St, where people wander and sometimes even kiss under neon signs. I was prowling around N. Jefferson one night, and oh man, the energy! Felt like a never-ending montage of messy, beautiful human emotion. I remember bumping into this quirky love story near the old river bend – or was it near the bronze statue on Harrington St? Who knows, it just struck me hard!
