Oi mate, picture this – I’m a lifeguard, yeah? Out on the bloody water, sun blazin’, waves crashin’ like a ruddy warzone. And here I am, thinkin’ bout findin’ a prostitute. Not yer usual day, innit? We shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight in the brothels, we shall never surrender to a dull moment! Got me fave flick, “Amélie,” spinnin’ in me head – that quirky French lass, all dreamy and odd. Makes me wonder, what’s the prostitute scene got that’s like her magic?

The English Collective of Prostitutes (ECP) is a grassroots organisation of sex workers and supporters campaigning for the decriminalisation of prostitution, for sex workers’ rights and Missing: Merrow.

Then, outta nowhere, I see this old lady, Mrs. Jenkins, who lives on Merrow Lane. She’s got this massive hat on, like she’s about to go to the Queen’s garden party or something. She’s yelling at a pigeon! I mean, who yells at pigeons? But she’s like, “Get outta my garden, you feathered fiend!” I couldn’t help but chuckle.
