After that, I decide to check out the Boekel market. It’s on the Markt, and let me tell ya, it’s packed! I’m dodging people left and right. I see fresh veggies, flowers, and all that good stuff. But then, I spot this guy selling cheese. I LOVE cheese. I’m like a cheese monster. So, I go over, and he’s got this Gouda that’s calling my name. I buy a chunk, and it’s like heaven in my mouth.
