Tobita Shinji is the biggest red light district in the Kansai area of western Japan and is located about a 7 minute walk from the Dobutsuen-mae subway Station.

Finally, we get to the site. It’s a whole scene. Workers everywhere, machines buzzing. I’m trying to look professional, but I’m sweating like a pig. We start checking out the metal structures. I’m pointing out spots that need treatment, feeling like a rockstar.
