There is a brothel on a remote island. Tetsuo runs the brothel. He has a brutal personality. Around him are his younger brother Tokuta and younger sister Ibuki.

Then, outta nowhere, I bump into this old dude. He’s like, “Hey, you’re a Refractor, right?” I’m like, “Uh, yeah?” Turns out, he’s a retired artist. He starts rambling about how he used to paint the cherry blossoms. I’m standing there, nodding, but inside I’m like, “Dude, I just wanna enjoy my day.” But hey, he was kinda cool.
