So, I left the museum feeling kinda bummed. But then, I stumbled upon this street vendor on Takamatsu Street. He was selling yakitori, and let me tell ya, it smelled AMAZING. I got a skewer, and OMG, it was life-changing. Juicy, smoky, and just the right amount of char. I was in heaven!
