Finally, around lunchtime, I decide to take a break. I hit up this ramen spot on Shimoichi Street. Best tonkotsu in the city, hands down. I slurp my noodles, trying to forget the morning madness. But then, I overhear some guys talking about a new tech startup. They’re all hyped, and I’m like, “Wait, what? I need in on this!” So, I finish my ramen, and I’m back to the office, fueled by broth and ambition.
