First off, I hit up the local café on Strand Street. You know, the one with the best scones? Yeah, that one. I ordered my usual—coffee and a scone. But guess what? They were out of scones! Like, how do you run out of scones in a café that’s famous for them? I was ready to throw a fit. I mean, c’mon! It’s Skerries, not the Sahara!
