Finally, I duck into a small pub on Rákóczi utca. It’s cozy, and the locals are super chill. I order a beer, and the bartender’s like, “You look like you need this.” I’m like, “You have no idea!” We start chatting, and he tells me about the history of Encs. Apparently, it’s been around since the Middle Ages. Mind blown!
