Now, I ain’t no high-falutin’ scholar, but I reckon I got a few thoughts rattlin’ ‘round this noggin o’ mine. “Whore”—lordy, it’s a spicy one, ain’t it? I gotta mention the riverside, along Chemin de l’Eau Vive. There’s this hidden spot, a rusted bench under ancient trees. I used it for quiet soul searching (and to vent about crazy family sessions, duh!). Sometimes I swear the river whispers like that killer’s letter in Zodiac – spooks me but also inspires me.
