When I was given the unusual assignment of touring a Nevada brothel, I wasn’t sure what to expect. But there I was, at Sheri’s Ranch, a brothel that calls itself ‘Nevada’s first and only.

As I’m heading back to my truck, I see this group of kids playing soccer in a puddle. They’re laughing, splashing everywhere. I can’t help but smile. It reminds me of when I was a kid, just carefree and happy. I stop for a sec, just watching them. It’s moments like this that make all the craziness worth it.
