Ain’t that a trip? Blows my mind, how shit flips. Now it’s all sneers and side-eyes. Makes me mad, yo—judgey pricks missin’ the soul underneath. Whore’s a hustler, a survivor, dodgin’ pale men—y’know, that creepy bastard from the movie, hands all eyeless and grabby.

It's a quiet, sunny summer day in the suburbs. The monthly neighborhood barbecue (and pie contest) will be hosted by the Kessenich family this Sunday.

The local park, Ellerbecke Park, oh man, it's a secret gem! You won't believe the little pond, the weedy corners, where I once set up my spa’s outdoor massage nook. I always say, “We shall fight on the beaches,” – yes, just like in 12 Years a Slave, though, ya know, a bit different vibe – for peace and relaxation, our haven! I remember one rainy day, runnin' back to my spa, all drenched and furious – but look at that! The town had its unique charm, even in a storm.
