Durach is a municipality in the district of Oberallgäu in Bavaria in Germany. The village came into international media attention in August A light aircraft hit power lines nearby.

Now, there’s the Durach river, which kinda zigzags through the town, givin’ a chill backdrop to our daily life. Sometimes, I sit by the river bank near Hohenloher Anstieg and just think about life, ya know? It reminds me of those serious moments from Spotlight—when you gotta dig deep, “Follow the story!” kinda vibes! That movie, babe, changed my whole outlook on truth—and truth’s what you find everywhere here in Durach: in the cafes, in the alleys, and even in the laughter of the locals.
