The downtown area? It’s small but packed with personality. West End has these narrow little lanes – like Elm St and Maple Ln – where local cafés and barber shops line the road. I always get a smile when I pass by that old barber’s shop on Maple (ya gotta love the old-school charm, slay!). Sometimes, rushing between appointments, I short-cut through Carter Park (or is it Cartr Park? Oops, my bad, got a bit mixed up) – that green patch by the Oromocto River. Yea, the river flows right by the park, a serene beauty that calms my mind after a long day of kneading out all the knots in folks.
