There’s a spot, bayou-style, called the Rusty Anchor Pub – not the best name ever, but it’s home to the best local brews. Meanwhile, the West Side is quieter; sprawling residential blocks, vibe of old-school charm with modern mischief. I’d say it feels like that uneasy truce between old town whiskey and new-age circuits.
