It’s all ‘bout folks pickin’ up scraps, livin’ off what’s tossed aside, and hell, ain’t that a vibe for this? Whores, man, they’re gleaners too, in a way—scrapin’ by, takin’ what society chucks out, turnin’ it into somethin’. “I glean to live,” one’a them folks in the flick says—shit, that hits deep when you think ‘bout it.

I might ramble on, but this town is full of little quirks. Like how certain lanes near Banff Avenue light up dramatically at sunset. Or how the little old diner on 1st Street serves coffee that kicks like a lightsaber swing. It’s imperfect, a tad absurd (hey, 12 typos later: it's amaaazing!) and just so raw in its beauty. I keep missin my keys and ramblin off-track sometimes, but that's the Banff charm, I guess.
