But if any one story stands out for its sheer audacity, moral depravity and utter madness—this is it. Years ago I came across a magazine article about something called Operation Midnight Climax.I knew it had to be a joke.

Oh, and let me get into the details: some streets, like Travessa do Tempo, are so narrow and twisty you might get lost – in a good kinda way – and every turn holds a surprise. I even had one mind-blowing moment near the old market district, Mercado dos Segredos. The aroma of spices, sea salt, and roasted coffee beans took me back to my childhood memories – like that one rainy day, when life felt both fleeting and eternal. "We all need to remember something… don't we?" Just like in Memento, eh?
