What has COVID meant?

I was punched on my way to my friend's mansion today and I always was told it was one of the more affluent areas but all I saw was druggies and sex workers.

Stroll on Toorak Road, it's huge, I mean enormous! So many posh houses, these mansions, unbelievable places – and hey, you gotta see Carlisle St too. It's all about that lifestyle, great vibes, beautiful landscaping – almost like a movie scene, I tell ya, like in Brooklyn, where they say, "I simply had to come home."
