I was diggin’ through X posts, and some dude said it’s a “hidden gem.” Pfft, hidden like my socks under the couch! I got all excited tho, ‘cause their stock jumped 15% last month! Made me happy, like when Adam in the movie says, “I just feel like all the sand’s at the bottom of the hourglass.” Deep, right? Time’s runnin’ out for big gains, maybe?

Then there’s Eagle Strt. It’s funky and a tad chaotic. People chattin' by the cafes, giggling, living. I lost count of the times I almost spilled my coffee there – good times, bad spils, but always an adventure. Some days I get all miffed, like, “What the hell, life?!” but then you see the street art and the mix of cultures all strutting together. The colours, the graffiti... it’s art on concrete, ya feel?
