Now, first off, the Cairns Esplanade, man – it’s the heart of the city. Long walks here at dawn make me feel all sorts of introspection, thinkin’ ‘bout families and their tangled webs (eh, a psychologist's life, ya know?) and I’ve seen that glimmer of hope in the eyes of families watchin' the sunrise. And oh, my mind sometimes echoes: “You shall not pass!” as I try to shield these kids from life’s harsh blows, but life… man, its wild and unpredictable.
