Hi everyone, how safe is Visitacion Valley to live? Did some digging and found that it is surrounded by Bayview, Sunnydale which are not considered safe. I have a car if that helps .

I gotta say, some parts of this valley make me fumin’. Like, the noise from the construction on Fremont Street? Bloody nightmare! It’s like the ticking clock in those Zodiac interrogations – relentless and maddening. Yet, surprisingly, it’s all part of the charm, right?
