So, I’m watchin my fave movie, *Syndromes and a Century*, chillin like a starfish, and there’s this line—“The past is a shadow.” And I’m like, dude, that’s the whore hose! Old cars had it, but now? Poof, gone! Shadow of the past, man! Makes me happy, thinkin bout old junkers purrin cause of this lil guy. Found one in a ‘72 Chevy once—rusted, but still kickin! Felt like I won the lottery, no kiddin.

First off, I had to rush to the office on Kōen-dōri. I mean, who doesn’t love a little morning jog? But, like, I’m not a runner. I’m more of a “let’s grab a coffee and hope for the best” kinda person. So, I’m sprinting down the street, dodging old ladies and their shopping carts. Seriously, they’re like ninjas with those things.
